im back
i now hav a boyfriend and thats set me off track a bit but im back but now weighting 10st10 :( but iv gt diet pills so it all ok im trying the addisoe diet pills it cnda make u not wanna eat coz everythink tasts soapy but that might just be me lmao x

my resons to be thin
- to be thinner than steph and heidi in my year (my x best friends who now bully me about my weight)
- to prove tristen wrong (their girl who used to say io was fat because i gt boobs when i was in year 8 or 9 and she had non did i want all that unnessery fat no)
- so i can warlk down the coridoor know ppl ar saying look she fit or look she so skinny
- so no one will eva say get off me your so hevy
- so no one will eva say to me again what are you doing with smal size on wen were getting chnged for pe
-im not nice enough to be fat
- you get such a better jugement being skinny
- i love the blonde steryotype
- no one whant to be skinyer more that i doo also no one lees can make me skinny apart from me
- to gain control i cant let my body rule me im the stronges and i will prove it to every one
- i will get further in dancing being lighter
- i will improve at running with all the extra exercise
- i wanna see the look on every ones face when i warlk in and they cant eva call me fat again
and thats only the start

Find new music; myspace, purevolume, pandora radio*usa*, ect

Watch a movie; pro ed related, international films, DL movies.
Listen to old music, 90s hits, Spice girls, BBS, Arron carter..
Watch Tv; Despret Housewives, Gilmore Girls...Csi..
Create a thinspo book; tips, pics, quotes, info, your goals, your info..
Study/Do hw. Keep your grades up
Burn a Ana cd/Add Ana songs to you ipod/mp3
Chat online; Msn, yahoo,aim, reg chats...

Do a research project for fun, lean new things to talk to people about.

Learn all you can about eating disorders, then you can make a argument why you should do what you do.
Rubberband trick; Put it on your wrist..when you think of food, or fatty drinks, *SNAP* against you wrist.
Go for a walk
Sleep
Wash you face, brush you teeth..
Create your own tips tricks, or reasons why your doing this and remember that you can do this
Every week make a new goal. Have a ultimate monthly goal.
Play with/Groom a pet

When Fasting, Slowly break your fast. Have very soupy thick foods untill you think u can manage, But there is a high risk of binging.
Fasting first loses water weight, then toxins, then weight.
If you do not already have a eating disorder, please do not try to get one. IT IS HELL!Before a fast lower the amount you eat.
IF you want to eat during a fast just think of how thin you will be once you are done the fast.
Have Thinspo to motavate you, not to show that you are far from goal weight
Drink a lot if you are wanting to start a fast, anything so you don't eat.
Have bags in you bdrm incase you have too eat, ask to eat in you bdrm
WATER, WATER, WATER keep drinking lots of water

tidyding the house
today my mam wants me to tyedy the house i did it yesterday but it gt messy gain i didnt eat yeastarday and becase i was fasting and today i am aloud any fruit or veg and egg wights because im training my body into fasting so i dont eat to much after fasting i just dont hav the energy but i dont want her to take my cloths she just borght me bk to the shop my new worlk out cloths size 8 bottoms and their loses im loseing weight at a good rate
